When we exercise, a hormone endorphin is released which makes us feel better. It helps us in fighting with depression and stress.

Everyone must exercise daily for at least 30 minutes to remain fit and healthy. You can also do yoga, it increases your flexibility and strength.

Everyone must drink at least 8 glass of water per day. If you drink more than 8 glass then this will help in the smooth functioning of your body.

You can also take honey with warm water it will increase your body metabolism.
